This policy explains how Pristine Glazing & Renewables Ltd uses cookies and similar technologies on pristinegrl.co.uk. Read our Privacy Policy for information about personal data, enquiries and your rights.
1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small files stored on your computer, phone or other device when you visit a website. Some last only for a browsing session; others remain until they expire or you delete them. Scripts and browser storage can also help a website work, remember choices or measure how it is used.
2. How we use them
Necessary cookies
These support essential website functions and remember your cookie choices. For example, our consent cookies tell the website which optional categories you have accepted or declined, so you do not have to choose again on every page. They do not themselves authorise optional tracking. Necessary cookies are always active.
Preferences
Where used, optional preference cookies remember settings that personalise your experience. You can control this category in Cookie Settings.
Statistics
We use Google Analytics through Google Site Kit to understand how visitors use the website and help us optimise it. We ask for consent to statistics cookies. Google Consent Mode communicates your choices to Google; depending on the configuration, limited cookieless measurement signals may be sent when optional cookies are declined, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Marketing and tracking
Optional tracking associated with third-party services may recognise returning visitors or connect website activity with an enquiry. You can decline this category. Our website does not currently use advertising scripts to display personalised advertisements.
3. Consent-cookie inventory
The records below identify our consent cookies, their functions and expiry periods. Complianz remembers the functional, preference, statistics and marketing choices for 365 days. These four consent-choice cookies are functional cookies, even when their names refer to an optional category.

4. Third-party services
Third-party content can send technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, to the provider. Optional cookies and device storage depend on the content you use and your consent choices.
- Google Analytics: website measurement. When analytics cookies are enabled, Google documents a default lifetime of two years for
_gaand_ga_*; settings can change that period. See Google’s cookie information and Google’s Privacy Policy. - HubSpot: enquiry forms and customer relationship management. Its optional tracking cookies can recognise visitors and sessions. HubSpot documents six-month lifetimes for
__hstcandhubspotutk, 30 minutes for__hssc, and the browsing session for__hssrc. These provider descriptions explain cookies that may be used; they are not confirmation that every cookie is set on every visit. See HubSpot’s cookie information and HubSpot’s Privacy Policy. - Google Maps: the map on our contact page. Google may use cookies and other technologies when its map loads. Their duration and use depend on Google’s service and your choices. See Google’s cookie information.
- Reviews: review content from providers such as Trustindex, Trustpilot and Google Reviews. Any optional cookies or device storage associated with embedded content depend on the provider and your choices. See the linked provider’s privacy information when using that service.
5. Change your cookie choices
Use Cookie Settings in the website footer at any time to accept or decline optional categories, or use the controls below. Changing your choices does not prevent you from contacting us by telephone or email.
6. Browser controls
You can delete cookies or block them through your browser’s privacy settings. Deleting consent cookies may cause the website to ask for your choices again. Blocking all cookies or scripts may affect the enquiry form, map or other website features. Please refer to your browser’s help pages for instructions.
7. Personal data and your rights
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including your rights to request access, correction, erasure or restriction where applicable, and how to withdraw consent. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
8. Contact us

Enquiry source statistics — added 26 October 2026
With your statistics-cookie consent, Pristine uses the first-party pgr_enquiry_source cookie to remember the first recorded and latest attributable source of your visit for up to 30 days from the first recording. It stores source and campaign labels, campaign/ad identifiers, landing-page paths and visit times. It does not store your name, email address or full referring-page URL.
When you send our contact form, these source details are included with your enquiry and its email notification so we can understand which channels bring enquiries. The saved source details become part of the enquiry record; the 30-day limit applies to the browser cookie. Declining statistics cookies leaves the form available and records the source as unknown. Withdrawing statistics consent removes this cookie when the website processes your new choice. Use Cookie Settings to change your choice. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle enquiry records and your data rights.
