How much does external wall insulation cost?

Is external wall insulation suitable for a solid-wall house?

What is the difference between capping and replacing fascia boards?

Capping fits a cover board over existing timber; full replacement removes the old fascia and installs a replacement board. Capping relies on the underlying timber being sound.
