From tender
to handover.
A clear process from the first tender documents to agreed costs, contract arrangements and site delivery.
Once work commences, each job is assigned its own Pristine project manager. They oversee the full project and act as your main direct contact, keeping delivery and communication coordinated throughout.

- 01
Tender review & pricing.
We review the tender documents supplied by the main contractor, assess the available package and present our costs for the proposed works.
- 02
Contract & programme.
Once costs are agreed, the package moves into the contract phase. Start dates, the delivery structure and project requirements are agreed before work commences.
- 03
Checked before installation.
All work is quality checked by our installation manager at the depot before it is released for installation.
- 04
A dedicated project manager.
When work commences, your assigned Pristine project manager takes responsibility for overseeing the full job. They are the main direct contact for the main contractor throughout delivery.
Evidence & documentation
Recorded throughout the work.
- Pre-installation
- Mid-installation
- Post-installation
We gather evidence before, during and after installation and provide it to the main contractor throughout the works, together with all required project documentation.
A package to suit your project.
Our work spans window installation, door replacement and insulation and retrofit. Share your specification so we can discuss the scope and the right delivery approach.
Commercial FAQ
Questions from contractors and procurement teams.
Do you offer supply-and-install and installation-only packages?
Yes. We offer both supply-and-install and installation-only packages. Our Cornwallis Court project involved glazing installation only, while our Barnet SHDF retrofit package included supply and installation. Share your requirements with our commercial team so we can discuss the appropriate arrangement.
Is there a minimum or maximum project size?
We do not set a fixed minimum or maximum project size. We have dedicated teams supporting smaller projects and larger programmes. Send us your scope, location and programme requirements so we can assess the opportunity and discuss delivery.
Which areas do you cover for commercial projects?
We support commercial projects across London, Essex and the wider South East from our base in Wickford. Include the project location when enquiring so our commercial team can review your requirements.
Can you work within occupied homes and social housing?
Yes. Our installers undertake surveys and installations within occupied properties. The principal contractor manages initial resident contact and appointment bookings, including survey visits. Our team communicates with residents during its visits and works within the access arrangements and responsibilities agreed with the principal contractor.
Do you carry out pre-installation inspections and prepare RAMS?
Yes. We carry out surveys and pre-installation building inspections, and prepare risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) for our works. Our activities are coordinated with the principal contractor and follow the scope and responsibilities delegated to us.
What documentation can you provide for pre-qualification and handover?
We can provide insurance details, RAMS, training records, warranties and operation and maintenance (O&M) information. Documentation is supplied at the principal contractor’s request in line with the relevant package and contract requirements.
