Pristine was appointed by Kind Build to install aluminium windows, doors, doorsets and screens during construction of the Cornwallis Court care home.
Pristine’s role was glazing installation, coordinated with Kind Build and the wider site team. The work was organised around the phased construction programme.
The Installation Package
Managing Site Interfaces
The installation team worked with site management to resolve design interfaces and adapt to changing site conditions. Clear communication between Pristine, Kind Build and the other project teams supported decisions on installation sequencing as construction progressed.
Installation sequencing was coordinated with the surrounding works, with the team maintaining its focus on fitting quality throughout Phase 1.

During Phase 1, Pristine worked with the site team to address these interfaces and align installation activity with the wider construction programme. Issues were raised with the relevant teams for collaborative resolution.

Phase 1 Installation Completed
At the confirmed project update on 14 September 2026, Phase 1 of Pristine’s aluminium glazing installation was complete and Phase 2 was awaiting planning progression.
Pristine completed the Phase 1 installation package alongside Kind Build and site management, coordinating the aluminium glazing with the wider care home construction programme.
