A Complete Glazing Package for One Property
Pristine Glazing & Renewables Ltd completed a substantial window and door installation for a private residential property in Ramsden Heath.
The project combined several different elements across the home, from a coordinated flush-sash window package to large bi-fold openings, a residential side door, a bespoke front entrance and a Juliet balcony.
The Completed Scope
Bringing every element into one overall package allowed the windows, doors and feature glazing to form part of a consistent scheme across the property’s front, rear and side elevations.
Clotted-Cream Flush-Sash Windows
A total of 21 flush-sash windows in clotted cream were installed throughout the property. Using the same window style and finish across the different elevations gives the completed home a unified appearance.
The light clotted-cream colour works consistently with the property’s brickwork and rendered sections, while the flush-sash design maintains a clean finish across windows of different sizes and configurations.
Doors, Bi-Folds & Feature Glazing
Five bi-fold doors form a major part of the package, creating broad glazed openings across the living areas and connecting the interior with the garden-facing elevations.
The door package also included a residential side door and a bespoke solid timber front door. The principal entrance provides a strong focal point at the front of the property, while the Juliet balcony adds a further glazed feature at upper-floor level.
