Multi-Measure Retrofit for Quinn London
Appointed by Quinn London Limited, Pristine delivered an installation package for the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) Barnet Retrofit Wave 2 programme in Barnet, London.
The work brought together insulation, glazing, electrical and ventilation measures within occupied social housing. These disciplines formed a coordinated installation package within the wider retrofit programme.

The installation package was delivered in accordance with the project’s PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 requirements. Auditing, installation checks and supporting documentation formed part of the quality assurance process.
Across a programme involving several disciplines and occupied properties, this provided a consistent basis for checking the work and recording evidence of delivery.
