Coordinated Whole-Home Retrofit Delivery
Pristine Glazing & Renewables Ltd was appointed by Quinn London Limited to support the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund Barnet Retrofit Wave 2 programme across residential properties in Barnet.
The programme focused on improving the energy efficiency, thermal performance and ventilation of existing homes through a coordinated package of energy-efficiency measures.
A Whole-Home Approach to Retrofit
Effective retrofit requires multiple measures to work together rather than treating individual elements of a property in isolation. Pristine delivered a combination of measures designed to improve the thermal performance of homes while supporting the wider retrofit strategy.

Standards & Assurance
Delivering to PAS 2030 & PAS 2035 Requirements
A significant aspect of the project was ensuring that the works were delivered in accordance with the requirements of the PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 retrofit framework.
Maintaining compliance was not simply a project requirement. It formed part of Pristine’s wider approach to quality assurance and retrofit delivery. Our knowledge of relevant standards and regulatory requirements was maintained so that processes remained current throughout the programme.
The works were also subject to auditing and quality checks to help demonstrate that installations were being delivered in accordance with the required PAS standards. This focus on compliance, documentation and quality assurance was especially important where consistency needed to be maintained across numerous properties.
